Everything starts with a first acquaintance. We would be happy to visit you for a non binding introduction meeting and to view the property. This way we have an idea of what the house looks like and we are happy to explain all the steps of the sales process. This is also a suitable moment for you to ask all your questions.
It is very important to us that you are aware of all steps during the sales process.
We take everything out off your hands and we are happy to tell you how we work. We will also explain the valuation and the sales plan in our proposal.
In order to tailor the property advertisement, good photos are essential. Our photographer will visit the house at a suitable time to take beautiful pictures. The photos of the house are the first impression for a buyer, so it is very important to photograph the house properly!
A catchy advertisement should not be missing. The advertisement in combination with the photos should make the buyers enthusiastic. We prepare the advertisement, after any additions or adjustments can be made in consultation with you.
Now that everything is ready, we can put the house on the market. Of course we do this via the well-known platforms and our own website. In addition, we also use various social media platforms and share the property in our extensive (international) network of other brokers. In this way we ensure that the house ends up with exactly the right candidates.
Several candidates have now applied for the house. We call these candidates for an initial telephone introduction and to schedule the viewing. During the viewings we guide the candidates individually and we provide the correct information about the property.
After the viewings have taken place, we receive an offer from the interested candidates. In consultation with you, we enter into negotiations with the aim of getting the best price for the property.
If the correct offer has been accepted in consultation with you, we can officially agree on the offer.
Now that we have found a good match between your home and the new resident, the purchase agreement can be drawn up. We check the purchase agreement and walk you through it, so that you can sign without any worries during the handover.
During the transfer, we visit the house one more time for a final inspection.
Subsequently, the purchase agreement is signed at the notary, we check the deed of delivery and the bill of settlement and the payment is made.
This is followed by the key transfer and the new buyer can move into the house.
