Everything starts with a first introduction. That’s why we’re happy to visit you for a free, no-obligation introductory meeting. During this meeting we also view your property and explain all the steps of the rental process. It’s also a good moment for you to ask all your questions.

Following the introductory meeting and the viewing of your property, we draw up tailored advice. This proposal covers the rental plan and the rental price. In a (phone) call, we explain our proposal for your property in more detail.

Before we create the listing for your property, our photographer visits the property to take photos.

Using the photos, we create an attractive listing with a clear description of your property. You check the listing before it goes online.

Once the listing has been checked and approved by both you and us, the property can go online. We share the property on the leading rental platforms, our own website and many smaller sites. We also use various social media platforms and share the property within our extensive network of other agents and expat agencies. This way, we make sure your property reaches exactly the right candidates.

Once several candidates have registered for the property, we schedule the viewings. During the viewings we guide each candidate individually and provide the right information about the property.

After the viewings, we receive the rental proposals and the requested (financial) documents from the potential candidates. We also use our own screening tools to get a complete picture of the candidates. We assess this information and discuss our findings with you, the landlord, in detail.

Once a suitable tenant has been found for your property, we draw up the rental agreement. Before the final rental agreement is signed, we send a draft version to both tenant and landlord. This draft can be checked and any changes can be made. Once the rental agreement has been approved, we share the final version with the landlord and the new tenant for (digital) signing.

Once the contract has been signed by you and the new tenant, it’s time for the check-in and the key handover. During the check-in we inspect the property and record everything, including photos, in a check-in report. After the rent and the deposit have been received, the key handover can take place.

Personal contact and long-term relationships come first for us. Besides renting out your property, we also offer administrative, financial and technical property management. If you choose one of these options, we are the point of contact for your tenants at all times, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. If you don’t choose one of these options, we’re of course still always available for questions or advice.
