Package 2 Financial Management

The financial management of the rented accommodation

monthly collection of the rent from the tenant;
monthly transfer to the landlord of the rent;
submitting and keeping an administration;
in case of payment arrears, taking measures to prevent collection cases;
managing of the deposit during the rental period;
implementation of the annual rent indexation;
off-set with tenant of the deposit paid after departure;
restarting the search process for a new tenant, if desired.

After the key handover, you yourself are the point of contact for technical defects and are responsible for resolving complaints.

P.S. under the work is expressly not the regular checking and inspection of the living space during the rental period. In the light of article 11a of the Opium Act the lessor is responsible for this.

Rates financial management

The costs for financial management are 3% + 21% VAT of the monthly rent (with a minimum of € 25 + 21% VAT per living space / unit).
